I have studied Computer Science and Business Administration
(Diplom Wirtschaftsinformatik) at the University of Mannheim in
Germany and have received my Master's Degree in December 1996.
During my studies, I stayed four month in Barcelona in Spain for
an internship abroad.
Since 1997 I'm working as a research associate in the
Computer Science department of the University of Mannheim where
I've completed my Ph.D. Thesis in Computer Science in June 2001.
My Ph.D. project was founded within a DFG priority program.
After finishing my Ph.D thesis, I worked two month as an
invited guest researcher at Bell Laboratories in the USA.
